  • My product came damaged/leaking.

    I received the wrong item in my order.

    My package says it was delivered but I never received it. What do I do?

    We ask that you wait 3 days to see if your packages turns up + check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally picked it up. If it does not show up, please contact our team at info@cristinaclaiborneskin.com + we will help you replace your order.

    I tried my product + I don’t like it - can I return it?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept any open or used products. If you are unsure about what to order in our Medical Grade skincare line, please schedule a virtual consultation.

    When you purchase a consultation, you + your esthetician will discuss your skin conditions, lifestyle, products you currently use as well as your skincare goals. You will receive an email with a custom at-home skincare routine for your specific skin needs.

    Do you have samples you can include with my order?

    Based on availability, we include samples with our online orders. Unfortunately, we do not send samples without a purchase.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Yes. As long as your order has not shipped out, we are able to cancel your order. Please contact our team at info@cristinaclaiborneskin.com + we will help facilitate your order cancellation.

    When will my order ship out?

    All orders will ship out within 3-5 business days. We do not ship out on weekends. We use USPS as our shipping service + all orders are shipped with Priority service.

  • What is medical grade skincare?

    Also known as Cosmeceutical Skincare, medical grade skincare is targeted to specific skin + medical conditions + needs. Think acne - or -our favorite, wrinkles! The concentration of active ingredients is greater than what you can buy over the counter + the products have been tested to be effective on the skin. So, there are greater results with medical grade skincare - both medicinal + cosmetic.

    Are there toxic ingredients in your skincare?

    Our products are free of many of the less expensive additives in over-the-counter skincare products, including: Parabens, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Petrolatum, Propylene Glycol, Cocamide DEA, Prop 65, Formaldehyde, 1-4 Dioxane, Hexelyne Glycol, Decelyne Glycol + Sulfates

    I’m looking for a new skincare routine, what do you recommend?

    When you experience a treatment with us, your esthetician will provide suggestions on an effective at-home routine. We also offer Skincare Consultations virtually + in-person.

    What steps should be in my skincare routine?

    Your skincare routine should be just as unique as you - but a simple, consistent + daily routine should include: Cleanser, Toner, Serum + Moisturizer

    In what order should I apply my products?

    We believe in layering + mixing the right recipe of products for your specific skin needs. When layering products, you want to make sure each step is absorbed into the skin to be most effective. A good rule of thumb is to layer based on the consistency of the product, thinnest to thickest. You can visit our website resources page for more details on skincare routines.

    Our products are made + packed in California.

    What style of works do you do?

    As professional artists with years of experience we are constantly being exposed to the latest trends in beauty + fashion. Our style is versatile, allowing us to do virtually any look requested. Let us know what style inspires you to feel your best!

    Do you offer faux lashes?

    Yes we do! And, all of our services include lash application with a variety of styles too choose from and without additional fees.

    How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend searching for a make-up artist anywhere from 6-12 months prior to your wedding date. For events, we are happy to do our best to accommodate your schedule with at least 1 weeks notice.

    Do you travel?

    Yes we do - and we love to! Destinations are something we specialize in. Travel fees are dependent on location, distance + season.

    Will my make-up last all day?

    Absolutely. A true professional make-up application will last for hours. We use professional + specialized products to prep + prime the skin for maximum durability.
